Lexitrade Consulting was founded in 2018 by Cristian Ley, an employment lawyer by trade, to assist construction businesses with their HR and ER matters – whether as an aide to their people departments or in lieu of an in-house HR function. Lexitrade works on a range of HR and employment law projects for clients, both on an ad hoc basis and under retainer.
